Mother's Day.

I made peanut layer dessert for dessert (duh). It was SO heavenly!!!

Here's the recipe:

1 C. Flour
1/2 C. Margarine
2/3 C. Crushed Peanuts
Press into 9x13 pan - Bake 350 20 minutes

Cream together: 1/3 Cup Peanut Butter
1 C. Icing Sugar
1 8oz Cream Cheese
1 8oz Cool Whip
Spread over crust
***************************
Beat together: 1 Small Box Vanilla and 1 Small box Chocolate Pudding
2- 3/4 C. Milk
Spread over cream mixture
**************************
Top with cool whip

I know it sounds like a lot of cool whip, but it's REALLY GOOD!!!
